3 Arts Entertainment, an established management company based in Beverly Hills, has an immediate opening for an Assistant to a Manager who represents a variety of high profile clients. The Assistant will manage a busy and fast-paced desk where duties include general administrative tasks, scheduling, rolling calls, coordinating bookings, and interacting with clients and their representatives.Previous experience at a mainstream agency or management company is preferred. We are seeking someone extremely well-organized and detail-oriented who has a passion for entertainment and talent representation.
