We're a fast-growing, design-led DTC brand built at the intersection of function, style, and community "” and growth marketing plays a critical role in how we show up, connect, and scale.CALPAK is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Performance Marketing Coordinator to support our paid acquisition efforts across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across Paid Media channels, with a strong analytical mindset to drive growth and maximize ROAS and reduce CAC. The Sr. Performance Marketing Coordinator role will report to the Sr Manager of Growth Marketing and will be responsible for optimizing Paid Media growth efficiently and creatively. This is a hands-on role who can pair performance discipline with creative insight to drive real impact. This role requires proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and a keen understanding of creative performance.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, and a self-starter who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day management, using data to determine success and uncover new opportunities. You are adept at juggling multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and being able to work independently and as a team achieve exceptional results.If you are passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and achieving measurable results, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Execute end-to-end campaign setup and trafficking across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and other platforms (including ad setup, naming conventions, UTM tracking, and QA)Manage creative uploads, flighting, and asset organization across platformsSupport development and execution of creative briefs and ensure assets are delivered on time and meet platform requirementsPull and compile weekly performance reports across channels, highlighting key metrics and trendsMonitor campaign pacing daily and flag any performance or delivery issuesSupport budget tracking, spend pacing, and basic forecasting updatesAssist with implementation and QA of tracking (pixels, conversion events, feeds) and vendor onboardingMaintain and update reporting dashboards and internal trackersManage monthly invoice tracking and reconciliationIdentify basic performance trends and flag optimization opportunities to the teamPartner with internal teams (creative, brand, retention) to ensure alignment on campaign execution and timelinesMaintain testing trackers and ensure new creative and campaign variations are launched on scheduleSupport Affiliate channel growth, including publisher evaluation, partner optimization, and newsletter send outsProvide any additional support as neededQualifications:3-5 years of relevant paid marketing marketing experienceBachelor's Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience Highly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines simultaneouslyStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills (data organization, basic analysis)Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetAbility to follow processes while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiencyProven track record of quickly diagnosing performance issues and adjusting tactics in real timeExpertise in creative from conception to analytic results that can help drive ad performanceProactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectivelyProven success in working cross-functionally with all levels and effectively communicating/presentingDetail-oriented, "can do" attitude, and passionate about growth in a fast-paced environmentA highly collaborative, driven, and team-oriented individual who is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projectsDTC / in-house, and/or fashion and apparel experience is a plusMust be able to commute to CALPAK HQ in Gardena, CAWhy CALPAK: Benefits & Perks:Annual bonus planMedical, Dental & Vision insurance401K w/ company matchingLife insurance & Disability coverageAccrued paid time off & floating holidaysMonthly wellness creditsDog friendly officeEmployee discountBenefits and incentive compensation may be subject to other requirements and conditions
