Our identity is rooted in a decade of evolution, consistently prioritizing quality and ease in every silhouette.Position Overview:Join PISTOLA as our Specialty Sales Manager and take the lead in redefining modern denim through strategic wholesale growth. You'll be the visionary behind our specialty business, blending your deep market relationships with sharp data analysis to exceed seasonal revenue targets. From leading high-energy line presentations to collaborating on market-driven assortments. We're looking for a seasoned pro who can navigate a fast-paced environment with total ownership of the sales forecast.What You'll Do:Manage the specialty wholesale business across all independent sales showrooms and territories.Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Analyze account performance, sell-through, and inventory levels to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Partner with merchandising and product teams to ensure assortments align with market needs and account strategies.Work closely with planning and operations teams to monitor order flow, delivery timing, and inventory health.Identify new specialty retail opportunities and expand distribution in strategic markets.Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to leadershipWho You Are: 7-10+ years of experience in wholesale apparel sales, with a focus on specialty retail.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding wholesale revenue targets.Strong network and relationships within the specialty retail market preferred.Experience leading seasonal line presentations and managing complex account assortments.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sell-through and sales data.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
