Job Description

LHH is seeking a Production Administrative Coordinator to support production scheduling, documentation, and daily administrative operations for a great distribution company in Norcross, GA. This role works closely with production leadership to ensure the right materials, documentation, and schedules are in place to keep operations running efficiently.This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and interest in manufacturing or production support.ResponsibilitiesOrganize, label, and maintain production documents, job packets, and recordsPrint production forms, carton labels, job materials, and supporting documentationDistribute job packets and paperwork to the production floorSupport production scheduling, including coordination of machine usage and production timelinesMaintain office and production supply inventories; reorder as neededAssist with greeting and coordinating visitors, vendors, and delivery driversAnswer and route incoming calls through the main phone lineCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packagesProvide general administrative support to the Plant Manager and Production SchedulerQualificationsStrong Excel skills (pivot tables preferred)Experience or exposure to SAPHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable supporting scheduling and coordination for production operationsStrong communication and follow-through skillsNice-to-HavesExperience in manufacturing, production support, logistics, or inventory coordinationBackground in customer service, inside sales, or administrative supportExposure to purchasing, inventory, or logistics processesTechnical SkillsExcel (pivot tables strongly preferred)SAP experience requiredExperience with production documentation, scheduling, or inventory systems is a plusWhat Success Looks Like?Ability to quickly learn internal processes and workflowsProactive, organized, and reliable support for production operationsStrong collaboration with plant leadership and scheduling teamsPositive attitude and willingness to grow within a production environmentJob DetailsIn-OfficeMonday-Friday; 7-4:30AMContract to Hire Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
