M&D also stocks a complete assortment of turbos (new and remanufactured), inframe overhaul kits, filtration and aftertreatment parts including DPFs, DOCs, EGRs, sensors and other engine parts.Our strong remanufacturing roots combined with our 41 branch locations, a nationwide outside sales team of 25 and our close OEM & Manufacturer partnerships make us unique in the industry - no one understands diesel engine failure analysis and parts better than M&DWE FUEL UPTIMEPosition Summary The Executive Assistant supports the CEO with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will also support other members of the leadership team as needed.LocationFully on-site - Southlake, TX corporate officeCandidates must be able to work in-office 5 days per week.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and handling confidential communicationsCoordinate travel arrangements and prepare materials for travel-related meetingsPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materialsSchedule and coordinate in-person, virtual, and off-site meetings and events, including agendas, logistics, and follow-upMaintain electronic and paper filing systemsProcess expense reports, invoices, and related paperworkCoordinate vendor, customer, and employee gifts and holiday communicationsManage branded clothing orders, inventory, and vendor coordinationCoordinate office furniture quotes, orders, and related logisticsManage office supply ordering and inventory for corporate officesProvide administrative support for special projects as neededPerform occasional errands and other logistical tasks as neededPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives Experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional time-management, prioritization, and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask, anticipate executive needs, and work independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretionStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsCurrent valid driver's licenseSuccessful completion of pre-employment background, credit check and drug screeningFosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environmentPhysical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
