About the Role:We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of capacity expansion, distribution, and cable program initiatives that are critical to maintaining system reliability and advancing grid modernization efforts.This role will oversee multiple large-scale capital projects across programs including voltage optimization, system cable, capacity improvements, and performance enhancement initiatives. The Project Manager will manage projects from engineering design through construction across a broad service territory.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocationLead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across engineering, construction, and external partnersOversee projects from initiation through closeout, including contract development and managementMonitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actionsManage project budgets (up to $5M+) and ensure delivery within financial targetsProvide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadershipFacilitate project meetings and maintain all project documentation, schedules, and reportingEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standardsSupport continuous improvement of project management processes and best practicesQualifications:Experience working within or supporting the electric utility environment (distribution, transmission, or grid infrastructure)Understanding of engineering design and construction practices, including overhead and underground systemsProven experience managing large-scale capital projects (not small-scale initiatives)Bachelor's degree (Engineering or other technical discipline preferred)Experience managing contractors and working with RFP processesForecasting and budget management experienceStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with project management tools and softwareMinimum 3+ years of related project management experienceEEO PolicyAllied Resources Technical Consultants complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action laws and regulations.
