Master Planner / SchedulerHydrogen Refueling FacilityWork LocationBaytown, TXEstimated Start Date5/4/2026Estimated Duration of Work AssignmentLong Term (initially one year with annual extensions anticipated)Hours50 hours/week (5x10s schedule)Pay RateNot Defined / need Candidate's requested ratePD$178/dayMob/ Demob$500/each wayPosition Details: The Master Planner/Scheduler is responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources, and collaborating with various departments to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Production PlanningDevelop, review, and maintain master production schedules to ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and human resources to ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Primavera P6 and SAP experience are required. Track progress, monitor variances, forecast impacts, and recommend recovery plans for delays or changes. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, earned value metrics, and lookahead schedules for project leadership.CollaborationWork closely with departments such as production, procurement, engineering, and sales to balance supply and demand while aligning with company strategies.Data AnalysisAnalyze inventory levels, production rates, and sales trends to forecast future demand and adjust schedules accordingly.ReportingMaintain reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of production processes.Education Requirements: Required8-12+ years of planning/scheduling experience on large-scale projects in the energy or chemical industries. This role requires site presence. Candidate must have proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, SAP, and Microsoft Office, as well as excellent time management skills and attention to detail.PreferredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Hydrogen refueling a plus.Prior LNG, combined cycle builds, refining or renewable/electrolyzer plants a plus.Physical RequirementsThe role will involve significant office time, meetings, and oversight, but also requires regular presence on an active, large-scale construction site. Candidate must have the ability to walk and stand for extended periods over uneven, rough terrain, have the ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders, be able to tolerate work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind, dust), loud noise, and vibrations. Must be able to lift/carry 50lb, as well as wear appropriate PPE when required. Must maintain sufficient stamina, balance, and agility to navigate the site safely without undue fatigue or risk.
