Marketing & Administrative Services ManagerAbout the RoleThis is a dynamic, multi-faceted position that blends three core functions into one: marketing support, office management, and executive administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable wearing many hats. This is an in-office role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and COO.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice ManagementOversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-functioning, professional work environmentManage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationshipsCoordinate facilities needs and serve as the primary point of contact for office-related mattersExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide direct administrative support to the COO and VP of MarketingManage calendars, scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordinationHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismSupport internal communications and documentation as neededMarketing SupportAssist with the execution of marketing initiatives, social media coordination, and content supportCoordinate with external partners or agencies on marketing deliverablesHelp maintain brand consistency across materials and communicationsOperationsSupport operational workflows and assist in identifying process improvementsAssist with special projects and cross-functional tasks as directed by leadershipRequirementsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or operations roleHotel or hospitality industry experience requiredMarriott experience strongly preferredProven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with a high level of attention to detailStrong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working independently in an in-office settingProficiency in standard business tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)Marketing exposure or experience is a plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $65,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)Annual performance bonusStart Date: Approximately 1 month from offer acceptanceWork Setting: Full-time, in-office
