Manhattan West Enterprise Company ("Manhattan West") is a seeking Wealth Advisor to join our Private Wealth team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and fast-growing investment firm that provides proprietary alternative investments across multiple asset classes including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Private Debt, and traditional equity and fixed income portfolios, as well as financial services including wealth management, business management, tax, and insurance services.The Wealth Advisor will be a key member of our team and will be primarily responsible for developing and managing new client relationships. The Wealth Management Advisor will serve as the firm's primary point of contact for a select group of private clients and will be instrumental in introducing new business development opportunities to the firm. In this essential role, you will manage client relationships, providing expert and sound financial planning advice and will liaise with all internal teams to exceed client expectations. You will be expected to help grow the firm's book of business by effectively and efficiently managing your time working with existing clients and new prospects, while contributing to the overall success and growth of the firm.About this PositionFull-time, ExemptPosition can be on-site, hybrid, or remoteReports to the CEOResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage new client relationships, including managing ongoing client communicationsAct as the primary point of contact to existing and newly onboarded clientsProactively engage in the development of new business and strategic networking opportunities to build out the high net worth and ultra-high net worth client base for the firmImplementation of financial plans including coordination of estate planning, business management, and tax strategiesWork with the firm's head of portfolio management to align clients' investment strategies with their planning objectivesWork with the firm's various fund managers to successfully advise and allocate client funds into appropriate alternative strategiesMust demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary client service through professional excellence and the highest ethical standardsCandidate must be in compliance with both company policies and regulatory obligations imposed as a registered investment advisorSkillsThis role requires a highly motivated, driven and entrepreneurial personalityProven ability to actively pitch and onboard prospective clientsClient-centric focus and attitudeA team player with strong leadership skillsAbility to succeed in a small but fast-growing entrepreneurial companyRequirements:Minimum 5-7 years experience within wealth advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships and develop new business opportunitiesManage and transition an existing book of business of a minimum $20M in AUMBachelor's Degree is requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesSuccessful completion of background check and pre-employment assessmentsAbility to complete the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodationPreferences:Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢ designation is preferred but not requiredCompensation:This is an incentive-based compensation position. As such, total compensation will vary based on individual performance.
