The CNC Milling Setup Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines, ensuring high-quality production of parts. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, selecting and setting up appropriate tools, conducting quality checks, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration with the production team and adhering to safety guidelines are critical aspects of this position.QualificationsProficiency in Machine Operation and Milling techniquesStrong skills in Machining processes, including setup and troubleshootingExperience in Quality Control for ensuring product consistency and precisionKnowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and operation of machineryAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-accuracy outputsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentPrior experience in CNC machining is highly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in machining or a related field are a plus
