Director, PMOLocation: Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 Hybrid Remote: In the office 4-5 days per week Employees: 750 | Industry: SaaS, Construction Exciting opportunity to join a growing company with a proven track record for career advancement and innovation through AI.Responsibilities:Establishing POM aligned portfolio governance that is centered on outcomes and OKRsHelping to provide a single, transparent view of risks, value, interdependencies, resource needsLeading annual and quarterly OKR cycles with product management and engineering leadersEnsuring goals cascade cleanly, reflect true capacity and sequencing, and tie to customer and business outcomesAssisting with portfolio prioritization, dependency alignment, and progress checks - making trade-offs explicit and adjust sequencing with capacity realities Defining, tracking, and publishing portfolio and execution of KPIs via executive ready dashboardsStandardize planning rhythms - annual strategy/OKRs and investment envelopes, quarterly OKR/QBR cycles, monthly portfolio reviews, weekly dependency forums and more Requirements:15+ years of professional experience in portfolio and program management in technologyBackground working for enterprise SaaS companies, product-centric organizations Proven success operating a PMO function - OKR driven planning, outcome-based funding, QBRsCross-functional dependency orchestration across multiple product lines, platforms, servicesExperience resolving systemic risks and sequencing work to capacity and valueExperience partnering with product, engineering, architecture, security, IT, and finance teamsData-driven and analytical - experience building dashboards, using data to guide prioritizationExperience facilitating autonomy + clarity - empowering product teams to deliver customer value at scale Benefits: Benefits start on the first day of employment401K with company match (both immediately 100% vested)Open PTO planCompetitive medical, dental, vision plans - access to telemedicine and HAS plansShort-term and long-term disability, FSA, commuter benefits, life and accident insuranceCompensation:$150K - $170K
