The ideal candidate enjoys tackling challenges, finding innovative solutions, and pursuing inquiries until clear, logical answers are attained. We value individuals who work independently while also contributing to a formidable team dynamic. As a key point of contact, the ideal candidate takes pride in being a trusted problem solver to both our clients and firm.What You Will DoServe as a key contact for client requests on designated client relationshipsRespond to client inquiries and communications within 24 hours with most response within the same dayInitiate wires, transfers, and checks for money movements in Schwab Advisor CenterOpen new accounts by collecting client information, completing forms, and routing to client for signatureManage client account maintenance by updating client contact information as neededPartner with relationship managers to submit trading tasks to Syon Capital's investment team in the CRMComplete subscription documents for alternative investments in CAIS/iCapitalPartner with the Investment team on new cash deployments and portfolio creationProvide out-of-office coverage for other members of the client services teamPerform ad hoc tasks and projects assignedWhat You Have5 to 10 years of prior experience in a client facing role within the financial services fieldBachelor's degree with at least a 3.0 GPA required (a degree in the Humanities is a plus)FINRA Series 65Beginner level knowledge with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience using Black Diamond, Salentica/Salesforce, Schwab Advisor, and CAIS/iCapital is a plusA high degree of thoroughness with careful and deliberate attention to detailExceptional verbal and written communication skillsA mindset that values every task, big or smallHybrid/remote setting"”In office Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday work from homeThe ability to own complex responsibilities end-to-end and operate with a high degree of autonomy.The ability demonstrate strong judgmentally, consistency, and accountability and serve as a resource for junior team membersThe ability to meaningfully contribute to improving processes or outcomesCompensation: We provide a competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus to commensurate with your experience, skills and qualifications.A reasonable estimate for the current salary range is based on skills and experience.
