Project Manager

About the Role Equity ECS is a full-service commercial real estate firm providing development, construction, brokerage, and property management services. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion.In this role, you'll collaborate with superintendents, project teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage project execution, maintain strong client relationships, and lead teams while upholding the mission, vision, and values of ECS.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned construction projectsCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders on scope and designDevelop project budgets, schedules, and resource plansNegotiate and manage vendor and subcontractor contractsPartner with Superintendents to monitor construction progress and maintain schedulesEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company processesManage project financials including change orders, requisitions, and subcontractor paymentsMaintain project documentation including contracts, reports, and scheduling updatesOversee quality control, punch lists, and project closeout documentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractor partnersWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years of commercial construction experienceExperience managing ground-up and renovation projectsProven ability to lead projects up to $20MStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or P6 preferredOSHA 30 certification preferredWhat's In It For YOU:The confidence that comes in working for a well-established, privately held national company.A work environment that allows and encourages individuals to use their skills and talents to advance in their role and profession.A full benefits package with costs that don't break the bank.Paid Time Off in addition to 8 paid Company holidays....And a lot more that we are excited to share with youEquity | ECS is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
