This successful company specializes in producing high precision metal components for a diversified range of industries including: aerospace, computer, electronics, fuel cells, filtration devices, radio antennas.Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000/yearResponsibilitiesGenerate new routing WIs and update existing WIsChampion FAIRs and PPAPs per customer requestsProduction floor support as neededSolidWorks design work as neededLiaison between the quality group and manufacturing to help ensure stable production output to minimize customer returns and in-process delaysAssist with LEAN projects as neededAssist in programming automated inspection equipmentUse SPC data analysis to improve production processes and standardizeHelp with material verification review and retentionTroubleshoot maintenance and repairs on production machinesRequirementsBS degree in Engineering 5+ years of mechanical or manufacturing engineering experienceProcess Improvement experience in manufacturing and production industries Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO9001 and AS9100 a plusExperience with SolidWorks or AutoCADFamiliar with ERP/MRP systems (E2/Job Boss a plus)Experience with chemical etching, plating, metal forming or metal working a plus
