Senior Manufacturing Engineer

While globally recognized, our customer is just the right size where your work will be noticed and truly matter!ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of manufacturing processes to ensure that they are safe, efficient, and repeatableDrive continuous improvement across key metrics: yield, scrap, throughput, and on-time deliveryDesign and implement tooling, fixtures, and process enhancementsLead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actionsPartner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and OperationsSupport new product introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiativesMentor and develop junior engineers, helping elevate team capabilityQualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering5+ years of high-mix, low-volume manufacturing/production experience5+ years of documented success in process development, tooling, and fixture designAdvanced understanding and execution of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologiesProven ability to lead problem-solving initiatives and influence cross-functional teamsOur customer offers exceptional compensation, benefits and growth within a highly collaborative, highly visible and high-impact operations and performance recognized environment.
