In partnership with Cambridge Investment Research, our goal is to empower independent financial professionals with a sophisticated set of tools, services, and capabilities that deepen client relationships and maximize efficiencies in their practices.Brokerage AssistantPosition Summary:The primary function of this role is to provide high-level service and support to retail clients and insurance agents for life insurance policy servicing needs. As a key member of the Brokerage General Agency (BGA) team, this role ensures the efficient handling of in-force policy owner service requests while also supporting operational activities across both retail and wholesale financial services business lines. Reporting to the BGA Operations Manager, the Brokerage Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with producers and carriers and ensuring the smooth coordination of service initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Client and Agent SupportCollaborate with members of the Life Brokerage team to provide outstanding service to insurance agents, financial advisors, and their clientsServe as the primary contact for all policy owner service-related inquiries and requests, conducting regular follow-ups on inquiries and consistently communicating with agents and advisorsProcess and deliver all policy owner service correspondence received by the Brokerage General Agency, both via mail and email, in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain productive relationships with producers and carrier service teams to facilitate positive outcomes for clientsEnsure confidentiality and accuracy in all client communications and policy servicingOperational SupportCoordinate and track service activities related to policy maintenance and updatesSupport retail and wholesale initiatives by ensuring alignment with internal processes and business goalsCross-train in areas such as case management, commissions, contracting, and underwriting to support team versatility and department coveragePerform other duties as assigned by the BGA Operations ManagerQualifications:Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably within the insurance or financial services industriesMust hold or be willing to obtain a Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance license within 6 months of hireProficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with cloud-based platformsAbility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quicklyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entryExcellent time management and organizational skillsCommitment to providing exceptional customer serviceProfessional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality of consumer and business informationAbility to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by lawHours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmOffice Location: 311 Main Street, Irwin, PA 15642 (Hybrid Work Options Available)Benefits:Competitive CompensationHealth Insurance Plans (PPO, HSA, Copay Options)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany Paid Disability InsuranceSupplemental Insurance including Critical Illness, Accident, Legal, Pet Insurance401(k) with Safe Harbor MatchPaid Time Off Paid HolidaysNo Solicitation Notification to Agencies: Please note that Keystone and our Partner Agencies do not accept unsolicited resumes or calls from third-party recruiters or employment agencies.
