Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Consultant to provide consulting services to our clients, with expertise collecting and analyzing data and proficiency presenting findings to groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain projects, process improvement, and project management within a consulting environment. This role requires use of business experience and analytical savvy to plan, manage and execute significant workstreams within complex assessment and implementation projects. Responsibilities:Conduct end-to-end supply chain assessments Identifying performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop supply chain strategiesCovering planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, sustainability, and resilience. Design future state operating models and processesIncluding governance structures and "tobe" workflow design. Build business cases and ROI modelsEvaluating pros/cons, risks, and impacts of solution options. Translate complex issues into executive ready recommendationsSynthesizing information into clear insights. Perform advanced data analysisDemand forecasting, inventory optimization, network modeling, supplier performance, trend identification. Assess and recommend technology solutionsERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, and related systems. Ensure analytical rigor and quality across deliverablesMaintaining consulting grade clarity, structure, and impact. 9. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and executive presentationsDriving alignment and stakeholder engagement. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholdersNavigating conflict, managing expectations, and influencing outcomes. Lead and develop project teamsProviding direction, coaching, feedback, and quality oversight. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resourcesBreaking work into activities and monitoring progress. Guide clients through change managementCommunicating rationale, identifying champions, and supporting knowledge transfer. Support implementation of new processes and technologiesIncluding vendor selection, configuration decisions, pilots, and rollout support. Develop training, communications, and adoption strategiesEnsuring successful capability building and behavior change. Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans as neededEnsuring solutions remain effective, scalable, and aligned with business goals. 17. Identify opportunities to expand client engagementsSupporting business development and cross sell opportunities. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, business, or a related field 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain consulting Demonstrated experience leading supply chain transformation projects or major workstreams Familiarity with multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, CPG, healthcare, logistics) is a plus Deep knowledge of supply chain domains: demand planning, S&OP/IBP, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory optimization, and network design Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel modeling, SQL, Python, or supply chain optimization software Experience with major supply chain technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS, APS, planning systems) Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights Understanding of supply chain risk, resilience, and sustainability frameworks Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage senior stakeholder relationships Strong facilitation skills for workshops, interviews, and executive presentations Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives Experience managing expectations, navigating conflict, and driving alignment Comfort working in ambiguous environments and shaping structure where none exists Strong project management skills: scoping, planning, budgeting, risk management Ability to ensure quality control across deliverables and workstreams Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope Ability to influence without authority and guide clients through change Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to excellence Adaptability in fast-paced, client-driven environments Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset Curiosity, continuous learning, and a passion for supply chain innovation Work Location:Home base: Columbus, Ohio, with ability to travel periodically as client needs dictate BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Disability and Life Insurance 401k, including a 6% company contribution 25 days of PTO each year 8 paid company holidays Bonus and Sales commission Paid Parental Leave
