Brook Green is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences and providing innovative approaches to achieving clients' goals in the events industry.Role DescriptionThe Meetings, Events & Incentives Project Manager will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events, meetings, and incentive programs. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing schedules, handling clients and vendors, and ensuring that events are executed on time and within budget. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Hallandale Beach, FL, allowing some flexibility for remote work.Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Developing proposals for meetings, incentive and leisure groups.Responsible for operation of confirmed proposalsWork closely with accounting team, creating proforma invoices, chasing pending payments based on accounting requests, etc.Work closely with hotel team and sourcing team to ensure all files/proposals are free of any issues.Supports other team members with project development and operations based on workload.Works with Directors of Business Development in various regions to manage any client needs/issuesCreate reports and support weekly meetings as requiredProvide updates and reports to Managing Director as requestedMay be expected to do some travel for site inspections and program operationDue to the nature of the position, additional work may be assigned as needed by Managing DirectorWhat does our ideal candidate look like?Fluency in English AND Italian or Spanish (professional) is required for this specific positionMinimum of 3 years of proven experience in working with international groups for meetings, incentives or leisure programs inbound to the USAHigh level proficiency in MS Office programsVery detail orientedGood knowledge of the key US travel destinationsUnderstanding of best practices in meetings/events managementCompensation:$50K-$60K based on experience, with possibility of additional benefitsGenerous paid time off policyOur philosophy is that we hire the person first and the skills second.
