Our sales force is the lifeblood of our aggressive growth company.Duties/Responsibilities:Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, analysis, and discoveryAnalyze customers' needs and offer personalized solutions to their problemsMatch customer demand with quotes for their freight-related inquiriesBuild strategies that will result in increased sales and stronger partnershipsMaintain and update accurate information in the company's operating systemsOrganize and manage your daily shipments to ensure our "No-Fail" policyCollaborate with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plansCommunicate effectively both internally and externallyAssist with converting drivers to mobile electronic tracking systemsMaintain a strong grasp of market knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality Skills/Abilities:Proficient in Google Suite and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent problem-solving and time management skillsBusiness-minded, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environmentEducation and Experience:High School or GED Equivalent / (AA)(AS) or (BA) a bonus Sales experience preferred - but not requiredBenefits:Room for advancement in a fast-growing company that promotes from withinFree On-site training and career developmentPaid holidays and paid time off after 90 daysInsurance benefits include but are not limited to: Health, vision, dental, life, and disability401(k) Plan
