Product Compliance Specialist - Software Tools PMRole SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Compliance Specialist - Software Tools PM to support low-risk, high-volume functionality issues and compliance-focused data tooling. This role is responsible for managing Atlassian Jira automations, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms while enabling stakeholders and leadership to efficiently monitor resource loading, tool enhancements, and regulatory compliance status.The ideal candidate has experience in consumer electronics or a comparable technical industry, thrives in data-intensive environments, and is comfortable supporting evolving regulatory and data requirements across multiple systems simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Data Systems & Tool SupportSupport low-risk, high-volume basic functionality issues currently handled by Data System OwnersManage and create Atlassian Jira Automations and Dashboards, including actioning and resolving user-reported issuesCollect, track, and triage issues and enhancement requests from tool users across Jira and custom internal toolsProvide flexible support for changing data tools driven by continuously evolving regulations and data requirementsSupport the development of bespoke dashboards for diverse users and user bases using Atlassian Jira dataGenerate tracking data, timelines, and progress reports for tool enhancement deploymentEnable stakeholders and management to create and leverage analytics tracking:Resource loading and capacityEfficiency metricsProduct compliance evaluation statusOptimize stakeholder prioritization to focus on areas of greatest compliance impactCollaborate closely with Data Systems Owners and Data Engineers to:Define development timelinesCreate and maintain enhancement trackersEnsure traceability and documentation across initiativesEnsure transparency to tool users regarding ongoing development activities and enhancement progressGenerate clear, concise outputs in support of executive-level presentations prepared by Data Systems OwnersTechnical Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or another technical discipline preferredUp to 5+ years of relevant industry experienceDemonstrated history of working with high-accuracy datasets (consumer electronics experience strongly preferred)Proven experience supporting datasets used for regulatory compliance, such as:EU REACHRoHSChina VOCOther global regulatory frameworks (preferred)Strong familiarity with:Workflow management tools (Atlassian Jira)Data visualization platforms (Tableau or similar)Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to support multiple projects concurrentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in both collaborative team environments and independentlyLocation: Austin Texas Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days at home Pay: $40-45 DOE
