You will serve as a trusted advisor, EcoAlly, and strategic partner, committed to helping our customers thrive while advancing our mission of sustainability.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-driven, fast-paced environment and is motivated by both results and relationships.12-Month Key GoalsManage minimum $4,000,000 book of businessMaintain 20-80 customer accounts with top tier serviceGrow existing accounts 25% Year over Year with enterprise and mid-market clients:Expand on existing programsConvert at 40% rate for new skusIncrease wallet share until total saturationRetain 90% of new customers after their first yearAssess customer health quarterly- 75% of accounts in "Thriving" stateWork collaboratively with AE to onboard new customers as EcoAllys monthly with speed and accuracy. Ensure seamless accounts transitions.Deliver 95% of new sku projects & reorders on-time & error freeKey ResponsibilitiesAccount Growth & RetentionProactively manage & grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies.Develop and execute account plans focused on customer success and retention.Monitor account health and usage data to proactively identify risk and engagement opportunities.Customer Engagement & Relationship BuildingCultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders.Become an extension of your customer's team through creating value with multiple channels within their organizationUnderstand customers' sustainability goals and help them align with EcoEnclose solutions.Provide a roadmap//plan on how to help customers achieve their sustainability metricsServe as a voice of the customer within EcoEnclose, advocating for their needs & driving product innovationOperational ExcellenceEnsure timely and accurate execution of orders, quoting, and follow-up.Maintain up-to-date account records and activities in CRM systems.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Creative, Assurance) to deliver seamless service with no surprises to your customersStrategic and Sustainability AdvisingUnderstand customers' annual purchasing schedule to establish & manage ordering cadenceConduct quarterly business reviews to plan for new product launches & collaborate on annual objectivesAct as a sustainability advisor and thought partner to help brands make more environmentally conscious choices.Provide accurate sustainability reporting data to customers via EcoReportsQualifications4+ years of demonstrated success in sales, strategic growth roles, account management, &/or project management, in a B2B environmentResults oriented with a proven sales track record and consistency in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targetsSteadfast intuition and character as it relates to building trust with key contacts, finding problem-product fits, representing EcoEnclose's sustainability vision, and driving results for our target brands packaging goalsConfident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tradeoffs and navigate unique stakeholder relationshipsAbility to generate and execute against a complex project plan & gantt chartAbility to prioritize against a large to-do listAn ambitious personal & professional growth mindset. Determination to grow your skillset, your earnings, and your contribution to EcoEnclose's consistent double digit YoY growthCompensationTarget compensation range of $100,000 - $165,000, with potential for additional upside beyond this. Total compensation includes base salary plus 15% - 60%+ in commission.
