working alongside development, design, and construction teams to ensure projects are set up for success.What You'll OwnSupport preconstruction efforts from concept through project startAssist with estimating, budgeting, and cost analysisReview drawings, specifications, and conceptual designsPerform quantity takeoffs and assist in cost estimatesCoordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams during design developmentHelp develop and maintain project budgets and schedulesSupport value engineering and cost optimization effortsSolicit and review subcontractor and vendor bidsIdentify potential risks, scope gaps, and constructability issuesAssist in preparing budgets, proposals, and presentationsSupport smooth handoff to project management and field teamsWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate, organized estimates and project budgetsStrong collaboration between preconstruction, design, and construction teamsEarly identification of risks and cost-saving opportunitiesSmooth transition from planning into active constructionWho This Role Is ForThis role is designed for someone ready to grow into preconstruction:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field(or equivalent hands-on experience)3-5 years of experience in construction (field, estimating, or project support)Experience with multifamily, senior living, or similar projects preferredStrong understanding of construction methods and materialsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsProficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar preferredStrong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learnWhat Sets You ApartYou understand construction -
