Account Sales Representative - DentalDASH Medical Gloves • Franklin, WI (Hybrid)About the RoleWe're looking for a driven, relationship-focused seller to grow and strengthen our dental business across an assigned book of accounts. This role is focused on developing existing customers, expanding product adoption, increasing share of wallet, and driving long-term growth. You'll work closely with DASH's Dental sales leadership and broader commercial team to execute targeted growth strategies and support customers through a consultative approach.If you enjoy building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and taking ownership of an account base, this role is built for you.What You'll DoAccount Growth and ManagementManage and grow an assigned book of dental accountsBuild strong relationships with key customer contactsDevelop and execute account growth plans focused on expansion and retentionIncrease share of wallet across dental practices, groups, and assigned customersMaintain proactive communication to understand customer goals and opportunitiesConsultative SellingIdentify customer challenges, workflow needs, and product opportunitiesRecommend solutions that align with customer priorities and deliver valueDrive product adoption across locations, teams, and programsPosition DASH as a trusted partner within the dental spacePipeline and Sales ExecutionBuild and manage a pipeline of growth opportunities within existing accountsDocument activity, opportunities, and next steps in CRMMaintain visibility into account trends, forecasts, and revenue opportunitiesMove opportunities through the sales process to closeRetention and Account HealthMonitor account performance, purchase patterns, and risk signalsAddress customer concerns proactively and escalate when neededServe as an advocate for the customer while balancing business objectivesDeliver a high level of service, responsiveness, and follow-throughWhat We're Looking ForSales experience with a proven ability to grow accounts and close businessExperience in account management, consultative selling, or business developmentDental industry experience preferred; healthcare or medical sales experience also valuableStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionallyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAnalytical mindset with ability to identify trends and opportunitiesSelf-starter with a results-oriented approachProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)CRM or ERP experience required (NetSuite a plus)What Success Looks LikeGrowth within assigned accounts and increased share of walletStrong customer relationships and high retention across the account baseConsistent pipeline development and opportunity conversionImproved product adoption across accounts and locationsHigh level of execution, follow-through, and customer satisfactionWho Thrives HereSellers who take ownership of their accounts and drive resultsIndividuals who enjoy building relationships and growing existing businessPeople who are proactive, organized, and solutions-orientedThose who thrive in a fast-moving, roll-up-your-sleeves environmentWhy DASH Medical GlovesDASH Medical Gloves is a trusted leader in disposable examination gloves with deep roots in the dental market.
