It's a great opportunity for someone who's detail-driven, strategic, and ready to grow into leadership as the company scales.What You'll Do:Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer and operational goalsAlign materials and capacity across operations, engineering, and supply chainAnalyze ERP data to drive smarter, data-backed decisionsSupport process improvement and scheduling maturity initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution from plan to productionWhat We're Looking For:3+ years experience working in a fast paced regulated manufacturing environmentExperience in production planning or scheduling (aerospace/manufacturing preferred)Strong ERP and analytical skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesA problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, growth-oriented environmentsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldMotivation to advance into Master Scheduler or Supply Chain leadership rolesWhy This Opportunity:This is a chance where planning excellence and a proactive mindset truly drive success.
