About PADELHUBPADELHUB is an emerging padel club operator that opened its Flagship Club in South Boston and the Seaport area in October 2025, becoming Boston's First Indoor Padel Facility and the largest in New England. Our Flagship Club features six state-of-the-art indoor padel courts, two pickleball courts, an adidas pro shop, a lounge and co-working space, premium locker rooms and showers, and complimentary parking for members and guests. At PADELHUB, we create an outstanding club experience centered around wellness, community, and connection, a space designed to bring people together on and off our signature Blue Courts.About the RolePADELHUB is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and hands-on Assistant Club Manager to support daily club operations, lead programming and events, and deliver an exceptional member and guest experience. This role blends operations, hospitality, community building, and commercial execution in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClub Operations & Guest ExperienceOversee daily club operations, including scheduling, staffing coordination, and facility readinessMaximize court utilization and member satisfactionRespond to customer communication across email, WhatsApp, social media, and phone in a timely and professional mannerOversee inventory management for the Pro Shop, Food & Beverage, and all club suppliesCover front desk shifts as needed, approximately 2 shifts per weekProgramming & EventsPlan, schedule, and execute club programming, including Open Plays, leagues, tournaments, clinics, academies, and coaching sessionsCoordinate private events and corporate bookings from planning through executionBuild match schedules, draws, and tournament formats that create a smooth and engaging player experienceManage court allocation, event logistics, and calendar planning to optimize occupancy and revenueStaff Leadership & Team CoordinationSupervise, train, and coordinate staff across front desk, coaching, and operationsBuild and manage weekly staff schedules based on programming and operational needsMaintain strong communication and alignment across team members and escalate issues when neededSupport a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environmentMembership Growth, Sales & Community OutreachDrive membership sales through strong onboarding, engagement, and retention strategiesProvide club tours and communicate membership benefits clearly to walk-ins, guests, and event attendeesBuild strong relationships with members to strengthen loyalty, community, and overall experienceActively attract new players to padel, including racquet sports enthusiasts, fitness communities, and people new to racquet sportsDevelop relationships with schools, universities, gyms, local businesses, and social clubs to create trial sessions, partnerships, and custom eventsMarketing & CommunicationsPromote programming, events, and club initiatives across Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other community channelsManage member-facing communications and support updates on schedules, launches, and eventsCreate and coordinate newsletters, emails, flyers, and banners for memberships, events, and tournamentsCapture photos and videos for social media and marketing materials and support local influencer and brand ambassador outreachBe comfortable representing the brand in content such as reels, interviews, and event coverageSkills & QualificationsStrong ownership mentality and accountability, with the ability to make decisions and escalate issues appropriatelyExcellent customer service orientation and a genuine passion for delivering a best-in-class member experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and across digital channelsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at onceAbility to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with flexibility across evenings and weekendsPassion for racquet sports and community-driven experiences; padel knowledge or coaching experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or Hospitality1+ years of experience in sports, hospitality, fitness, events, or facility management preferredBilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
