Senior Scrum Master

OverviewWe're looking for a highly motivated, data-driven Scrum Master to join a fast-paced agile delivery environment focused on building impactful data and analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with product, engineering, and data teams to drive delivery, optimize performance, and translate strategy into execution.This is a hands-on position that blends Agile leadership, technical acumen, and cross-functional coordination. You'll play a key role in enabling teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products while maintaining alignment with broader business priorities.What You'll DoAgile Leadership & DeliveryLead 2 cross-functional Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Drive continuous improvement, team accountability, and delivery predictabilityTrack and analyze team metrics to improve velocity, quality, and outcomesRemove blockers and promote strong Agile best practicesProgram & PI PlanningOwn end-to-end Program Increment (PI) planning and executionPartner with Product, Architecture, and Business teams on roadmap alignment and backlog readinessFacilitate PI sessions, define objectives, and manage cross-team dependenciesTrack PI progress, risks (ROAM), and delivery commitmentsCross-Functional CollaborationAct as a key liaison across business, product, and technical teamsManage dependencies across internal teams and external partnersCommunicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly to stakeholdersParticipate in client and partner-facing discussionsEnd-to-End DeliveryGuide teams through full delivery lifecycle: discovery ? design ? build ? test ? release ? hypercareDrive readiness planning, release coordination, and stabilization effortsTechnical & Infrastructure SupportSupport environment setup, integrations, and platform readinessPartner with engineering, SRE, and infrastructure teams to resolve issuesPromote CI/CD, automation, and observability best practicesMust-Have Qualifications4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environmentStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)Experience working with BI/data tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data transformation techniquesExposure to cloud platforms, ideally AWS (Redshift, SageMaker)Strong communication skills across both technical and business audiencesAbility to manage multiple teams, priorities, and deadlinesExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile toolsNice-to-HaveScrum certifications (CSM, SSM, etc.)Financial services or insurance industry experienceKnowledge of data privacy, compliance, and secure data practicesExperience with data modeling concepts (star schema, normalized models, etc.)What Makes This Role Stand OutHigh visibility across business and technology teamsOpportunity to drive large-scale data and analytics initiativesBlend of strategy, delivery, and hands-on technical exposureFast-paced, collaborative environment with real impact
