General Manager II - ODP Business SolutionsThe General Manager II oversees ODP Business Solutions supply chain facilities, ensuring operational excellence across distribution, fulfillment, and transportation functions. This role is responsible for achieving performance goals, managing P&L, and driving continuous improvement while upholding safety and compliance standards. The General Manager II develops high-performing teams, strengthens operational capabilities, and serves as the primary liaison between facility operations and corporate leadership to support company initiatives and deliver exceptional service across all managed sites.Primary ResponsibilitiesDirect daily operations across all supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with ODP Business Solutions' performance standards and customer commitments.Manage facility P&L, develop budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-control measures to drive profitability and operational efficiency.Recruit, train, and mentor facility staff while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives; ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.Partner with corporate teams (HR, IT, Transportation, Inventory, Loss Prevention) to support business objectives and resolve operational challenges.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality, resolving escalations, and supporting customer-facing initiatives.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred fields of study: Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related disciplineMaster's degree preferredExperience7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management5+ years in General Manager-level role or aboveExperience in Big Box retail distribution/fulfilment operationsMinimum 3 years in a multi-functional leadership roleCertifications (Preferred)DOT, OSHA, or other relevant industry certificationsTechnical CompetenciesProficiency in WMS, TMS, OMS, and Microsoft OfficeExperience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferredSkills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and team-building capabilitiesFinancial acumen and analytical problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and change-management abilitiesPersonal AttributesResults-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to ODP Business Solutions' core valuesAbout The ODP CorporationThe ODP Corporation is a leading provider of products and services through an integrated business-to-business (B2B) distribution platform and omnichannel presence, which includes world-class supply chain and distribution operations, dedicated sales professionals, a B2B digital procurement solution, online presence, and a network of Office Depot and OfficeMax retail stores.
