MEP Superintendent - Multifamily Construction (South Florida)A well-established, South Florida-based general contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to support a growing pipeline of large-scale multifamily projects throughout the region.This role is ideal for an MEP-focused superintendent who excels at coordinating complex building systems, driving quality installations, and supporting on-time project delivery in fast-paced, multi-trade environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all MEP field operations from rough-in through commissioning and close-outCoordinate closely with project superintendents, PMs, and trade partnersManage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage tradesEnsure work is installed per drawings, specs, and code requirementsOversee inspections, testing, balancing, and system start-upsDrive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field conflictsEnforce safety standards and quality control across all MEP scopesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as an MEP Superintendent on multifamily projectsStrong working knowledge of:HVAC systemsElectrical distributionPlumbing and fire protectionLife safety and low-voltage systemsExperience coordinating multiple MEP subcontractors simultaneouslyAbility to read and interpret construction documents and MEP drawingsStrong communication and leadership skillsOSHA certification preferred
