You'll work closely with our team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals while building long-term relationships.WHAT YOU'LL DOProactively engage customers through outbound calls and follow-upsIdentify needs and recommend solutions that go beyond priceBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsTrack activity and manage pipeline within CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experienceConsistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metricsWHO YOU ARESelf-motivated with a strong drive to succeedConfident communicator (phone and written)Organized with strong time management and attention to detailComfortable with cold calling and handling objectionsTeam-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentQUALIFICATIONSAssociate degree or 1-3 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred)Proven track record of achieving goalsStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred)Experience with Sandler Sales Training is a plusPreference given to candidates with embalming or funeral profession backgroundWHAT WE OFFERBase salary of $50,000-$55,000, plus monthly commission Comprehensive health and vision insurancePTO + paid holidays401(k) with company matchProfit-sharing potentialOngoing Sandler Sales Training and professional development
