You will partner closely with senior leadership to establish operating rhythm, drive performance, and scale the organization as the business grows.Role OverviewThis role supports and strengthens the company's operating infrastructure to ensure consistent performance across manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution. The position is responsible for planning, execution, and continuous improvement while building strong leadership depth across operations.Responsibilities Operational Leadership and ExecutionEstablish operating cadence, KPIs, and accountability across operational functionsDrive cross functional alignment between operations, finance, sales, and productBuild leadership capability and succession within operations teams Global Sourcing and Supply ChainLead supplier strategy and performance managementImprove demand planning, inventory strategy, and inbound lead timesStrengthen supply chain resilience and risk mitigation Manufacturing and ProductionImprove safety, quality, throughput, and labor productivityImplement standard work and continuous improvement initiativesOversee capacity planning, scheduling, and operational controls Distribution and FulfillmentLead multi site and fulfillment operationsImprove service levels, shipping accuracy, and cost efficiencyManage carrier relationships and logistics strategy Systems, Data, and Process ImprovementLeverage ERP and operational data to improve visibility and decision makingLead process optimization across procurement, planning, production, and fulfillmentEnsure disciplined execution, clean data, and scalable processes QualificationsSenior leadership experience in manufacturing operations with integrated supply chain and distributionProven success operating in multi location environmentsExtensive experience working with global suppliers and import operationsStrong background in lean manufacturing and operational excellenceFinancial acumen, including ownership of budgets and cost structuresComfortable leading in ERP driven, metrics focused environments Education and CertificationsBachelor's degree requiredMaster's degree preferredLean, Six Sigma, or related certifications
