Job Description

Position Summary:The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales process for HSG's line of industrial laser cutting machinery and related systems. This role focuses on managing inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing quotations, and providing exceptional customer service to distributors, integrators, and end users. The Sales Administrator works closely with the outside sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed with technical accuracy and efficiency. Primary Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or website leads.Qualify potential customers and identify appropriate products, configurations, and solutions.Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and order confirmations in coordination with sales and engineering. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners. Generate timely reports on sales incentives, lead conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.Secondary Responsibilities:Support trade shows, webinars, and marketing campaigns by following up on event generated leads Assist in developing pricing tools, quotation templates, and process improvements to streamline the sales cycle Perform other related duties assigned by management to support the overall success of the Sales Department. Position Requirements: Associate's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years in an inside sales role and 5+ years in Customer Service, in industrial equipment, machinery, or manufacturing sectors, strongly desired.Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail Comfortable discussing technical products and learning laser system technology. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Travel requirement is 10%
