Operational Specialist

The Encompass Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to hire an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day clinic and administrative operations across multiple locations.This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being in the middle of the action "” solving problems, keeping things moving, and supporting both clinical and administrative teams.Responsibilities:Support daily operations across multiple clinic locationsStep in to assist where needed "” front office, patient flow, scheduling, and administrative supportHelp improve workflows and identify inefficiencies in real timePartner with leadership to ensure consistency across locationsAssist with patient access and call flow coordinationMaintain organization across systems, documentation, and processesTroubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectivelyQualifications:2-5+ years of operations or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environmentStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to jump in wherever neededOrganized, detail-oriented, and reliableStrong communication skills with both patients and internal teamsExperience in healthcare systems is a plus (Athena preferred)
