You turn it into content people can't scroll past.This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance "” helping us produce content that not only looks good, but actually works.You'll partner closely with our marketing team to build, test, and scale ad ideas "” while elevating the quality and consistency of our organic social media presence.This is not a "just post content" role.This is a make it better, make it smarter, make it perform role.What You'll Do:Content Creation & ExecutionPlan, script, and execute social content with intentionBring structure to shoots (shot lists, hooks, variations, angles)Be hands-on in content creation "” filming, directing, and occasionally being on cameraRaise the bar for content quality, consistency, and creativityCreative Strategy & IdeationWork closely with the ads team to develop hooks, concepts, and testable ideasIdentify winning organic content and evolve it into paid creativeContribute new concepts regularlyStay on top of trends, but adapt them to fit the brandPerformance & OptimizationUnderstand what makes content perform (hooks, pacing, retention, editing)Analyze what's working "” and apply those learningsContinuously improve output based on performanceWhat We're Looking For:Creative thinker - bringing ideas and willingness to evolve themTeam mindset "” thriving in a collaborative environmentStrong understanding of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Meta)Comfortable being on camera when neededHigh ownership "” sees problems and fixes themExcels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can quickly shiftBonus: Experience in DTC brands or performance-driven content Benefits & Compensation:Our comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage (medical, dental, and vision) with the company covering up to 50% of premiums for select plans.
