I'm working with a major American Airline, looking to hire a Learning Strategy Instructional Designer!Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL - 3x a week onsiteContract Duration: 6 month contractHourly rate: $30.50/hrAbout this role:Design, develop, and maintain eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning, and virtual training materials, including facilitator guides, end-user guides, and learning activitiesApply Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology to create engaging, learner-centric contentExecute project tasks and coordinate activities within a program's workstreamManage complex learning projects with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgetsDevelop and lead train-the-trainer sessions and support instructor-led training as neededExperience:3+ years of experience in instructional design and learning developmentStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Rise, Articulate 360Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindsetInterested?
