This is a fully onsite, hands-on, judgment-driven role supporting experienced sales professionals in a fast-moving industrial distribution environment "” in an office where accountability, collaboration, and a little background music are part of the daily rhythm.If you've supported sales teams in an industrial or distribution setting and enjoy being the person who keeps orders, logistics, and communication running smoothly, keep reading! This role will feel familiar "” and rewarding.What you'll be responsible forOwning the full lifecycle of customer orders, from entry through fulfillment and deliverySupporting assigned sales reps while maintaining clear boundaries, accuracy, and prioritiesCoordinating with warehouses, carriers, and logistics partners on domestic LTL shipmentsManaging documentation tied to orders (SDS, CofA, lot tracking, product details)Using ERP systems to track orders, inventory, and customer activityCommunicating clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teamsIdentifying issues early and driving resolution with urgency and accountabilityMaintaining accuracy in a fast-paced, multi-SKU industrial distribution environmentWhat we're looking forMust-haves:Experience in industrial customer service or order managementBackground in industrial or specialty distribution (chemicals a strong plus, but not required)Comfort managing logistics and domestic freight via brokers and carriersStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-throughConfidence to professionally push back on sales when needed to protect operations and customersAbility to work on-site in the Fullerton, CA areaNice-to-haves:Experience in chemical distributionERP exposure (Datacor / Chempax or similar systems)Familiarity with SDS, CAS numbers, and regulated productsGoogle Workspace experience (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)Why is this role differentThis is a judgment role, not a script-driven CSR positionYou'll be trusted to manage priorities, not just process transactionsThe team values accountability, teamwork, and clear communicationOffice culture is collaborative, professional, and energeticCompensation & detailsCompetitive hourly compensation aligned with experienceFull-time, on-site roleStrong benefits and long-term stability with a well-established firm
