Opportunity available for Digital Business Analyst to define, document, and translate business needs into clear, delivery-ready requirements. This role is heavily focused on Digital Asset Management (DAM) and modular content enablement, ensuring workflows, metadata, and integrations are clearly defined for delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements DefinitionElicit and document business and functional requirements for DAM platformsDefine metadata standards, taxonomy, and content lifecycle processesTranslate epics into user stories, features, and acceptance criteriaEnsure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectivesWorkflow & Process DesignMap end-to-end content workflows (intake, creation, approval, publishing, expiration)Document current-state and future-state processesIdentify dependencies, constraints, and risksModular Content EnablementDefine structured content models including templates, modules, and componentsEstablish field-level requirements (e.g., headline, body, CTA, images, legal)Support versioning, updates, and QA processesIntegration & ActivationDefine requirements for system integrations across platformsEnsure governance rules for content usage, approvals, and expirationDocument compliance, traceability, and audit requirementsDelivery & Validation SupportSupport backlog refinement with clear, actionable user storiesCollaborate with UX, architecture, and engineering teamsAssist with UAT and validate delivered functionality against requirementsFuture CapabilitiesContribute to requirements for personalization, analytics, and automation initiativesSupport evolving digital capabilities and platform enhancementsKey DeliverablesProcess maps and workflow documentationUser stories and acceptance criteriaMetadata and taxonomy documentationUAT scenarios and validation artifactsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise platformsStrong experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) or CMS platformsHands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe AssetsExperience supporting digital marketing or content-driven platformsStrong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow designExperience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environmentsFamiliarity with metadata, taxonomy, and content lifecycle managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $60..00 - $65.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
