About the FirmA global institutional asset manager with a rapidly scaling US Private Credit platform backed by long-term insurance capital. The platform continues to expand across multiple private credit strategies and is actively building out a dedicated infrastructure vertical as a key growth priority.About the RoleThis is a senior execution and underwriting leadership seat serving as a key lieutenant to the sector head within the US Private Credit platform. You'll drive end-to-end transaction execution, structuring, and credit decisioning across a diversified infrastructure portfolio, operating with a high degree of autonomy. This is a critical hire in building a scaled, specialized infrastructure capability "” not a support role, not origination-only, and not a junior step-up.Key ResponsibilitiesLead underwriting, structuring, and execution of infrastructure credit investments in direct partnership with the sector headTake full ownership of transaction workstreams from deal evaluation through structuring, negotiation, and closeDrive investment committee process including preparation and presentation of detailed credit memosPerform advanced credit underwriting including downside analysis, covenant structuring, and risk mitigationLead review and negotiation of legal documentation with internal and external counselEvaluate opportunities across infrastructure sectors including energy, renewables, transportation, and utilities/social infrastructureOversee junior team members on live deals and portfolio monitoringCollaborate with global colleagues and internal stakeholders across PMs, Ratings, and LegalMonitor portfolio performance, amendments, and approvalsContribute to strategy development "” identifying priority sectors, transaction types, and relative value opportunitiesQualificationsSignificant experience in infrastructure debt/private credit or project finance/infrastructure lendingProven ability to lead transactions end-to-end, not just support themDeep experience in credit underwriting, deal structuring, and legal documentation and negotiationStrong sector exposure across energy, renewables, and/or transportation infrastructureDemonstrated ability to manage deal processes and junior team membersStrongly PreferredBuy-side infrastructure credit or insurance asset management experienceTrack record leading complex, structured infrastructure transactionsExperience within investment-grade or structured credit frameworksSenior project finance professionals at banks with clear transaction ownership will also be consideredCompensation & BenefitsHighly competitive base salary plus performance bonus aligned with Manager-level responsibility.
