Immediate need for a talented Technical Project Manager. This is an 18+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte NC (Hybrid). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key ResponsibilitiesLead Oracle migration projects .Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planningCoordinate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholdersManage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolutionEnsure compliance with enterprise standards, especially in banking/financial domainsProvide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholdersDrive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as requiredEnsure smooth transition and post-migration supportKey Requirements and Technology Experience: 8 years of experience in Project Management (IT/Technical)Strong experience in Oracle migration projects.Proven experience with large enterprise clientsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery frameworksOur client is a leading Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
