Data Center ProjectsCompany: Enhanced StaffingLocation: Austin, TX (Remote with ~1 day/week site travel)Employment Type: Contract (W2 option available)Position OverviewEnhanced Staffing is partnering with a confidential data center client to identify a Senior Site Scheduler who will act as an Owner's Representative supporting large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.This role is focused on schedule oversight, performance analysis, and contractor coordination, ensuring schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project objectives. You will work closely with the owner's team and general contractor to drive best practices and maintain project momentum.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct weekly QA/QC reviews of contractor schedulesEvaluate and provide feedback on baseline and updated schedules to ensure proper scope, sequencing, and logicEstablish and maintain schedule reporting cadence for stakeholdersAnalyze schedule health and identify risks, delays, and performance gapsLead schedule review meetings with project teams, contractors, and stakeholdersPerform time impact analysis (TIA) and assess schedule-related change orders and claimsSupport recovery planning and acceleration strategies when neededReview contractor progress and validate schedule updates against field conditionsConduct forensic schedule analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate delaysAssist in training and guiding project teams on scheduling best practicesInterpret schedule and cost data to support decision-making across project phasesEnsure compliance with project controls standards, contract requirements, and safety protocolsParticipate in site walks as needed to verify progress and alignment with scheduleQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred3-5+ years of scheduling experience on data center or mission-critical projectsStrong proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling logic, and project controlsExperience reviewing time impact analyses, delay claims, and recovery schedulesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective communicator with the ability to work across owners, contractors, and project teamsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
