Company OverviewThe Specialized Recruiting Group is hiring a Account Coordinator for a HVAC service client of ours. The strategy of our client is to identify and acquire quality local HVAC service companies and accelerate the organic growth of recent acquisitions as well as the base businesses by focusing on increasing the maintenance contract base. In 2017, our client started a nationwide Strategic Accounts group. Since 2012 the company has achieved almost 30% annual growth.Position OverviewResponsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources. Also responsible for customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technician Supervisors, and coordinating jobs with service coordinators at field partner companies. Typically requires a one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three (3) plus years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESCoordinates service resources for all field activities through field partnersSchedules field partners and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.Insures all relevant information is detailed in work order systemResponsible for setting up new service contractsIssues purchase orders to field partners when necessaryWorks within Salesforce work order system to insure proper communication and coordination between field partners and customersResponsible for customer interaction/satisfactionGathers information for pricing requests and creates customer quotes as neededCoordinates operations interaction with Parts Acquisition, as necessary.Reviews project paperwork, complete calls, and forwards project paperwork to Account Managers and/or customersMaintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports.Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will be a highly intelligent and analytical person with a strong desire to grow professionally in a high growth environment and a commitment to excellence in all that they do.Required:3+ years of relevant experienceExperience scheduling field resourcesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong understanding of processes with the ability to define and outline new work flows and processes as neededAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMicrosoft Excel skillsExperience with work order systemRelationship Building SkillsConflict Management SkillsPreferences:Experience in the HVAC industryExperience in Salesforce applications
