Our client, a luxury watch brand, is seeking a full-time Junior Technical Instructor in Dallas. This role is responsible for delivering technical watchmaking training, supporting skill development, and ensuring that all learning objectives are met to the highest standards. A diploma or certification from a recognized watchmaking school is required for this role.Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver hands-on technical instruction to students in watchmaking and repairProvide clear guidance on complex concepts in a supportive learning environmentFoster student engagement, participation, and professional developmentAlign instruction with curriculum standards and individual learning goalsMonitor, document, and communicate student progress effectivelySupport curriculum execution and ensure training quality and consistencyParticipate in 40 hours of company-supported professional development annuallyRole Requirements3+ years of experience delivering technical trainingCertified watchmaker preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of watchmaking industry and historyStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of micromechanics and technical instructionCoaching and assessment capabilitiesFamiliarity with SOPs and OSHA standardsSalary: $85k - $100kThe description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
