Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in Doral, Florida and ensure seamless event logistics from preparation through post-event reset. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-moving environment, values organization, and can keep multiple priorities on track while supporting flawless event execution.Responsibilities: Manage inventory pulls for all Florida events, coordinating prep timelines and staff allocation based on event size and complexityCoordinate with producers, designers, the floral team, and fabrication to ensure all departments are aligned and truck-ready on scheduleOversee proper labeling and organization of all packed itemsOversee post-event returns and resets - sort, count, and document all items for damage or lossMaintain and monitor warehouse supply inventory; track counts and flag restock needsProcess incoming inventory orders promptly - receive, label, and log items into the inventory systemCoordinate local supply purchases and work with procurement team for online ordersConduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and infrastructureOversee truck maintenance, rental coordination, and fleet-related logisticsManage vendor and contractor relationships for repair and maintenance needs Support with the rollout of new processes and procedures, and ensure the on-the-ground team is following themQualifications: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, event logistics, or a similar hands-on operational roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslyBilingual in English and Spanish preferredExperience managing and directing small teamsComfortable with inventory systems and basic record-keepingClear communicator who can coordinate across departments without things falling through the cracksCalm under pressure, especially in the days leading up to an eventFlexibility for early mornings, late nights, and weekend availability around event schedulesFamiliarity with the luxury events or hospitality industry a plus
