This is a pure Individual Contributor role, focused on hunting, originating, and closing IT services and consulting engagements across the Google ecosystem.The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise seller with deep experience selling IT services and consulting solutions into Google, who thrives in complex environments, proactively opens doors, and creates opportunities through strong relationships, business insight, and consultative selling.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Opportunity Hunting & Deal OriginationProactively identify, hunt, and create new project opportunities across Google business units and teamsDrive net-new consulting and IT services deals, from opportunity identification through closureBuild and manage a healthy, forward-looking pipeline focused on services-led growthConsultative Services SalesLead end-to-end sales cycles for IT services and consulting offeringsEngage stakeholders to understand business problems and position outcome-driven solutionsShape solutions, proposals, pricing, and commercial structures in partnership with delivery and solution teamsOwn RFPs, RFIs, deal negotiations, and contract closuresClient Relationship BuildingEstablish and expand relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and buyers within GoogleNavigate complex stakeholder environments to uncover unmet needs and growth opportunitiesBuild credibility as a trusted advisor focused on long-term value, not transactional sellingAccount ExpansionExpand footprint by cross-selling and upselling services across teams, functions, and initiativesIdentify whitespace opportunities aligned to Google's priorities and technology roadmapDrive sustained account growth through continuous opportunity creationInternal CollaborationWork closely with delivery leaders, architects, and executives to ensure solution alignmentProvide clear handoffs post-sale to ensure delivery success and customer satisfactionParticipate in account planning, pipeline reviews, and forecasting as an IC contributorRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or client partner roles within IT services or consulting organizationsProven, hands-on experience selling IT services and consulting solutions into GoogleStrong background in consultative, solution-oriented selling (not product-only sales)Deep understanding of enterprise technology services such as cloud, application development, data & analytics, AI, and managed servicesDemonstrated ability to hunt, originate, and close complex services dealsStrong executive presence, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable operating independently in a high-ownership, IC rolePreferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience selling into Google Cloud (GCP) or Google ecosystem teamsBackground working with hyperscalers, Big Tech, or Fortune 100 enterprisesFamiliarity with Google's buying, procurement, or vendor engagement processesWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent creation of new, high-quality project opportunities within GoogleStrong, self-generated pipeline with clear conversion to revenueExpanded services footprint across multiple Google teamsRecognition as a trusted, consultative services partnerHigh deal ownership with minimal dependency on others for opportunity creationWhy This RolePure hunter role focused on opportunity creation and deal ownershipHigh-visibility enterprise account with long-term growth potentialNo people management "” success is measured by impact and revenue, not team sizeOpportunity to sell high-value consulting and IT services at scaleCompensation / Salary Range: The typical pay range for this role is: USD $150,000/Yearly - $200,000/Yearly.
