VP, Organizational Design & Operating Model StrategyLocation: Boston (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)We are partnering with a global, multi-billion-dollar enterprise to hire a VP-level leader to build and scale an Organizational Design capability across the business.This role is focused exclusively on how the company is structured to execute"”including operating models, organizational design, and team effectiveness at enterprise scale. It sits within Talent Management, but functions as an internal strategy capability focused on organizational structure and performance"”not HR programs.What You'll Own:Design enterprise operating models and organizational structures aligned to business strategyBuild and scale practical org design frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks used across business unitsLead organizational design efforts tied to growth, transformation, and integration initiativesPartner with senior executives to define decision rights, structure, and team designCreate scalable approaches that enable leaders to redesign their organizations effectivelyWhat This Role Is:A builder role establishing a repeatable org design capability across a global companyA blend of strategy + execution, with a strong emphasis on real-world deploymentA high-impact individual contributor role with enterprise-level influenceWhat This Role Is NOT:Not an HR Business Partner or Talent Management program roleNot focused on training, engagement, or employee experienceNot continuous improvement, Lean, or Six SigmaWhat You Bring:12-20+ years of experience in organizational design, operating model design, or enterprise transformationProven track record of designing and implementing organizational structures at scaleExperience building frameworks that have been deployed across multiple business unitsBackground in top-tier consulting (organizational design / operating model focus) and/or leading org design within a large, complex enterpriseAbility to translate strategy into practical, repeatable tools that drive adoptionPosted Compensation is inclusve of Base + Bonus + Long Term IncentivesThis is a unique opportunity to define how a large, global organization designs and evolves its operating model"”creating structure, clarity, and scalability across a complex business.For immediate consideration, apply or send an updated resume to Greg.Rosencrans@
