This is a hybrid role that combines end-to-end fulfillment ownership with on-site field support.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety "” managing inventory, shipping, and fulfillment operations while also traveling to customer sites to install and support our systems.You'll play a key role in ensuring equipment is managed efficiently behind the scenes and deployed seamlessly in the field, while also supporting the wider team as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesFulfillment & LogisticsManage incoming inventory and stock organizationPick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatchMaintain accurate inventory tracking and reportingOversee end-to-end fulfillment operationsEnsure operational efficiency and readiness for deploymentsField SupportTravel to customer sites to install and set up systemsConfigure equipment (EPOS systems, terminals, printers, etc.)Provide troubleshooting and technical support during setupsDeliver a high-quality, professional customer experience on-siteEnsure installations and support tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standardRequirementsFull driving licence Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a similar hands-on roleComfortable in a field-based, customer-facing environmentStrong problem-solving and practical skillsGood communication skillsFull, clean driving license and access to a personal vehicle (essential)Comfortable working independently and adapting to new environments during site visitsWillingness to support across different areas of the business as neededAbility to take ownership and operate in a fast-paced settingDesirable (Not Essential)Experience with EPOS systems or technical setupsBasic IT or networking knowledgeExperience in a startup or hybrid operations roleExperience in the restaurant or hospitality industryBenefits & Perks33 days fully paid annual leave/vacation days (inclusive of all public holidays).Enrollment in the company 401K plan with a 3% employer contribution.Healthcare insurance contribution from the business (details provided via TriNet).Company-provided laptop.$50 per month cellphone expense contribution.Why Join Foodhub?Be part of a dynamic, high-growth company entering the U.S. market.Make a direct impact by helping independent restaurants thrive with innovative EPOS and ordering solutions.Competitive compensation package with performance incentives.Exciting career growth opportunities as Foodhub expands across America.
