Business Systems ManagerDepartment: Enterprise TechnologyReports To: VP, Enterprise TechnologyLocation: Gilbert, AZ (Preferred) | Denver, CO | Rahway, NJ | RemoteCompensation: $125k-$140k Base Salary + 15% Bonus About the RoleWe are seeking a collaborative Manager of Business Systems to lead the operations, roadmap, and continuous improvement of our core enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, Sage Intacct, HubSpot, Certinia, and Vitally. You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.Key ResponsibilitiesRoadmap & Prioritization: Own end-to-end prioritization and requirements gathering for core platforms (Salesforce Cloud/CPQ, Sage Intacct, etc.)Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for Sales, Support, Finance, and Operations.Agile Leadership: Lead ceremonies including intake, sprint planning, and retrospectives while tracking team velocity and SLA metrics.Change Management: Design and govern release communications to ensure smooth rollouts.Operations & Innovation: Manage software licensing, vendor partnerships, and drive the adoption of AI and automation.RequirementsMust be able to work as a W2 employee without sponsorship.
