Endodontic Practice Partners is built on integrity, quality, compassion, and putting the patient first.Position SummaryThe Oregon/Washington/Idaho Marketing Support Coordinator provides marketing support for EPP's affiliated practices in Oregon/Washington/Idaho. This role will work closely with EPP's Marketing Manager, EPP doctors, Practice Administrators, and the Oregon Regional Director of Operations to strategize and organize various marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums. This position will spend time in each of EPP's Oregon/Washington/Idaho offices.Our ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, strategic, and outgoing. This role reports to EPP's Marketing Manager.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain positive relationships with doctors, practice employees, and corporate staffOrganize and support referral marketing strategies for each EPP practice in Oregon/Washington/Idaho.Produce and analyze reports for trend analysis, campaign effectiveness, and developing strategic marketing plans.Supply curated referral gift options for each of EPP's partners in Oregon/Washington/Idaho on a quarterly basis.Coordinate local events to promote practicesResponsible for ordering branded marketing items based on practice needsProvide monthly budget updates to corporate marketing team, doctors, and key practice employees.Oversee print, web advertisements, and sponsorships for practicesManage online presence for each EPP practice in Oregon/Washington/Idaho.Manage website updates.Required Skills / AbilitiesStrong knowledge of referral-driven marketing campaigns, preferredAbility to prioritize and work independentlyOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalAdobe proficientComfortable building relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersMust possess excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task and maintain a professional manner under busy and stressful circumstancesAbility to handle multiple practice projects simultaneously.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)Experience with social media platforms and social media aggregatorsKnowledge of Google My Business and Google AdWordsExperience using Adobe Creative Suite a plusOccasional travel up to 25%Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree and equivalent experience1-3 years of customer service experiencePrevious experience planning and coordinating events a plusPrevious experience in Healthcare Marketing a plusExperience with CRM systems a plusPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at timesMust have reliable transportationThe last part of our application process is required for employment consideration.
