Production and Studio Assistant

We're looking for someone positive, upbeat, engaging, and detail-oriented to join our Laguna Beach retail + studio team 2-3 days a week (Friday-Sunday). Flexibility for occasional weekends off with prior planning.What You'll Do:Engage with the local community to bring new clients and hat enthusiasts into the storeBuild strong client relationships through genuine conversations and personalized recommendationsAssist customers with custom design ideas and guide them through the processProcess sales transactions and coordinate order deliveries or pickupsMaintain back stock organization and curate merchandise displays on the sales floorCollaborate with the team to keep the store clean, organized, and welcomingSupport in-store events and attend off-site events as neededManage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and input inventory into the company system on a weekly/bi-weekly basisCapture product photography of new one-of-a-kind designsWork closely with the production team to ensure the store is stocked with the latest designsAssist with pulling trims and fabrics, and support the production processPack orders and manage shipping of packagesOrganize and maintain a clean, efficient studio space ready for productionIf you love fashion, craftsmanship, and building connections, we'd love to hear from you.
