Network Production Scheduler

This role will work with: Network Materials Planners, Manufacturing Operations Planning, Inventory Planner, Plant Leadership, and Scheduling teams. This role oversees the sequence and timing of operations for a group of work centers across the network to optimize production flow and efficiency while meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for planning work centers across the network and the optimization of the sequence to support customer service, minimizing changeover and maintain inventory in the short to mid-term.Communicate with the Manufacturing Operations Planning team and Network Scheduling Manager to understand the short-to-mid-term demand picture while communicating with Plant Operations to ensure the demand can be met with an optimized scheduleMaintains all relevant capacity planning master data for the relevant network work centers is accurate and up to date including work center master, routings, and downtime data.Develop contingency plans for unexpected events that may impact production schedules.Ensure that production schedules comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.Works with Logistics Managers and Material Planners to ensure the right materials are available for the production scheduleSkills and Abilities:2 plus years in manufacturing or scheduling roles3 plus years of work in a supply chain role desirableAble to analyze data, draw reasonable conclusions, and formulate next stepsExceptional CommunicatorExperienced in setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build strong relationships across the functions and levelsDemonstrated strong aptitude in analysis, root cause identification, and problem solving
