Full-TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Specialist to support end-to-end supply planning, toller management, and production coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring raw material availability, accurate SKU setup, and smooth execution of third-party manufacturing processes.The ideal candidate will work closely with external tollers, internal operations teams, and leadership to maintain efficient supply chain performance and support demand planning activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Toller ManagementCoordinate monthly production reconciliation with third-party tollersSupport negotiation of production schedules and tolling capacityIssue purchase orders in alignment with production plansEnsure timely raw material ordering and warehouse transfers when neededMaintain regular communication with tollers to track production schedules and performanceProvide required documentation for new product manufacturingSupply PlanningCreate and maintain SKU records within the systemSupport forecast updates and demand planning activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, customer service, and production teamsEnsure accurate and timely supply chain data communicationBackup ResponsibilitiesProvide backup support for onsite production planning activitiesAssist Supply Chain & Logistics leadership during peak periods or absences, including logistics coordination and issue resolutionQualifications1-5 years of supply chain experienceBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with MRP systems, inventory management, or supplier/parts databasesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
